Rome, NY/St. Petersburg, FL- Andrew “Drew” Charles Anthony Dillman, born October 30, 1989, extended the light of his smile beyond this world on March 14, 2017. Andrew was loved, cherished and has touched the lives of all of those that he met. His positivity and strength will be remembered. Andrew was a High School graduate of Rome Catholic High in 2007, and graduated with an Associates Degree from Mohawk Valley Community College in 2012. He moved to St. Petersburg, Florida in October of 2015. Andrew is survived by his father Charles L. Dillman, mother Eileene DeLaney Dillman, and sister Shelby Eileene Dillman of Rome, NY. Andrew's Godparents were his Uncle Carl Dillman and his late Aunt Michelle DeLaney. Paternal Grandparents, the late Howard and Gene Dillman, and maternal Grandparents Joe and Phyllis Brown DeLaney. A service for Andrew will be held at 1:30 pm on Saturday April 1st, 2017 at St. Paul’s Roman Catholic Church, located at 1807 Bedford Street Rome, NY. In the event of overflow parking at St. Paul's Church, Bernie Bus Service will offer a shuttle bus to run from the previous Rome Catholic, current Strough Middle School, parking lot to the church and back. A “Celebration of Life Gala” for Andrew will immediately follow services at the Rome Polish Home, located at 415 S. George St., Rome, NY.
