Mrs. Bettejean (Willette) Levellie, age 71, of Stahl Road, Little Falls (Town of Fairfield), passed away Thursday evening, August 5th, 2021, in the comfort of her home. At the time of her passing, she had the love and support of her husband Glenn and her children at her bedside.
She was born on October 14th, 1949, in Taunton, Massachusetts, daughter of the late Emile and Barbara Willette. Bette met her husband Glenn in Massachusetts. They moved to upstate New York where they raised their family and made a life together as a close-knit, Christian faith based, farm family. In addition to the hard work and demands of a farm wife and mother of six children, she devoted her career to the tender loving care of her private home care patients whom she adored. She extended her enormous, selfless heart even further to the long-term care of her own mother-in-law. Bettejean was a lover of animals, especially horses, as well as cats and dogs that she raised and bred bringing joy to so many recipients.
Bette was a gentle, patient, loving woman that never had an unkind word toward anyone. She would offer a helping hand, a meal, or a listening ear to any and all who knew her or even to a stranger. She carried a tune like an angel and loved to sing hymns, Anne Murray, and Patsy Cline songs. Her smile was admired by all who met her.
She is survived by her beloved and devoted husband, Glenn H. Levellie; sons John (Heather) Levellie, David Levellie, Seth Levellie, and Joe (Melanie) Levellie; daughters Bettejean (Doug) Spain and Amy (Robert) Koch; grandchildren Donnie (Britney) and Jordan Herringshaw, Laura (Michael) Lamphere, Michael and David (Aerial) Felski, Kaidren (Conner) Claus, Keila (fiancé Ryan), Kamryn, and Kalissa Koch; David (Mackenzie), Brittany (fiancé Logan), Colin Nichols, Lexis, Lienna, Lydia, Olivia, Mayson, Vance, Alana, Mataya, and Eleanor Levellie; siblings Barbara Pinter, Rodney, Carol, and Mikal Willette; several nieces and nephews, many great-grandchildren, and many near and dear close friends
