Brenda Lee Congdon, 57, of High Street, passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, August 18, 2021 in the comfort of her home, following an extended illness. At the time of her passing, she had the love and support of her family at her bedside.

Brenda was born on July 12, 1964 in Amsterdam, NY daughter of the late Emery and Genevieve (Cook) Luck and educated in St. Johnsville schools. Brenda loved arts and crafts and needlepoint. She enjoyed reading and above all, being with her loved ones.

Survivors include her loving family, her husband Donald; her children, Angela Bubniak and husband Matthew of Little Falls and Michael Congdon also of Little Falls; her sisters, Susan Jones and husband Bruce, Sharon Miller and husband James and Carol Jones, all of Fort Plain, Elizabeth Jones of Little Falls and Deborah Prestrzelski and Jody of Punxsutawney, PA; two brothers, Emory Luck and wife Beth of Fort Plain and Eddison Luck and wife Mary of Kirtland, NM; many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (town of Manheim), between St. Johnsville and Little Falls, 315-508-5131, on Saturday, August 21st, 2021 at 11am with Pastor Gary Washington, officiating, for a celebration of Brenda's life. Visitation will take place at the funeral home, also on Saturday, from 10am-11am, prior to the service. Kindly consider and send memorial offerings in Brenda's name to the Herkimer County Humane Society. The family would like to offer their deepest gratitude to all of the many relatives and friends for their kind acts of sympathy during this difficult time.
