Brian Dean Webb

Richfield Springs, NY-Brian Dean Webb, age 73, of E. James St., passed away peacefully on Monday, August 12, 2019, at Foltsbrook Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Herkimer.  Born February 5th, 1946 in Norwich, NY, he was the son of the late Raymond W. and Vera J. (Stratton) Webb.  Brian graduated from New Berlin High School in 1964. Later, he attended Buffalo State University and went on to complete his Master’s Degree in Arts at Oneonta State University, in 1973. He was naturally artistic and enjoyed painting.  His greatest joy was spending time with his family outdoors camping, hunting, fishing and hiking. He was an Eagle Scout who passed his wisdom of nature down to his children. Brian was always witty and full of fun.  On June 8th, 1968, Brian married Linda Allen in First Baptist Church in New Berlin, NY.   Brian is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years Linda, two sons, Marcus and Matthew Webb of Richfield Springs, NY, a daughter and son-in-law, Michelle and Ferdo Ong of Franklin, TN, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. He is also survived by two brothers, Leslie Webb and Joan Toenies of Wells, NY and Morris L. Webb of New Berlin, NY, along with several nieces and nephews.
