Carol A. Grippe

Mrs. Carol A. Grippe, age 76, of the Town of Frankfort, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Grand Nursing & Rehab, in Ilion.

Carol was born June 14, 1947 in Utica, daughter of the late Arthur & Marjorie (Reid) Beauharnois.  She was a graduate of Frankfort schools and ran a daycare center from her home for over 40 years.  She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, Frankfort.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Philip; son, Steven; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Bryon McQuinn; granddaughter, Julia Grippe; sister, Judy Beauharnois; brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Sue Beauharnois; nieces, nephews and special friends.

The family is grateful to the staff at the Grand Nursing & Rehab, Ilion for their kindness and compassion.  There will be a memorial mass on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 10:30 am from Our Lady Queen of Apostles Church, Frankfort with the Rev. Paul Catena, pastor, officiating.  The Grippe family will receive visitors at the conclusion of the Mass.
