Chester J. Seeman, age 79, of Mohawk (town of German Flatts), passed away on Tuesday evening, May 18, 2021 at Faxton-St. Luke's Healthcare, New Hartford as the result of complications with his heart.
He was born on August 9, 1941 in Little Falls. He proudly served our country with the US Navy during the Vietnam War. His last employment was with TP Muffler, Herkimer. Chester was preceded in death by the love of his life, Sharon (Newman) Seeman on June 16, 2016, whom he dearly cherished and missed.
Chester leaves his devoted step-daughter and son-in-law Letticia M. Hardy and Richard Hopkinson of Ilion, NY a daughter, Melissa Morrison and Jamel Howell of Chadwicks, NY, son, Scott Seeman of Texas, son, Shawn & Val Seeman of North Carolina, son, Steven Seeman of Utica, NY, and Shane Seeman of Chadwicks, NY. He also leaves ten grandchildren
Chester and family's care has been entrusted to Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (corner of Bidleman Road), Little Falls, 315-508-5131. Final burial will take place at the convenience of the family at Mt. View Memorial Gardens, town of Little Falls. There are no calling hours.
