Jennifer Lynn Potts

Herkimer, NY-Jennifer Lynn Potts, age 52, of 5571 State Route 5, passed away suddenly, on Tuesday, January 15, 2019 in her home with her beloved boyfriend, Bob Warn, at her side. Jennifer's surviving family include her beloved mother, Jacqulyn Potts of Oneonta, cherished daughter, Ashleigh Bonifaze and husband Aaron, four brothers, Jason Potts and wife Heather, Jeremiah Baker and wife Kerb, Joshua Baker and Andrew Baker and wife Erin, adored grandson, David "DJ" and many nieces and a nephew. Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131, has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.  Relatives and friends are invited to visitation at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 5-7 pm and to attend her funeral service also on Wednesday, at 7 pm, in the funeral home.  Burial will be private.
