Mrs. Joann K. Higgins, age 86, formerly of Dolgeville, most recently of Stratford, beloved wife of Robert L. "Bob" Higgins, passed away on Friday, November 29, 2024, at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown.
The family will hold private services at Daniel J. Enea's Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, Little Falls (Town of Manheim), 315-508-5131. In respecting her wishes, there are no calling hours.
