Lad understood the importance of service to others and many will remember him as a devoted member of the Little Falls American Legion Post #31, where he spent many happy times with all his friends, he considered his family. Lad was a humble man, who lived life fully and he was filled with gratitude for his many blessings. His life was fun and bountiful, and each season of it was blessed for him and for those who knew him.
