Loney T. Page

Johnstown, New York-Mrs. Loney T. Page, age 82, a lifelong Johnstown area resident, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 23, 2022 at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam.

Loney was born in Miami Beach, FL on November 16, 1939, daughter of the late Lee and Loney (Perkins) Tucker.  For many years she was employed as a transcriptionist in Law Enforcement.  Loney has resided in Johnstown for many years.  She was united in marriage with Paul Chaussee who preceded her in death.  She was active with and can be remembered by many dealing antiques in the area, most recently at the Little Falls Antique Center.

A loyal friend to many, Loney had several friendships that lasted 40 plus years.  She loved animals, especially horses and cats; which she owned many of over the past years.  Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and buying and selling antiques.

Arrangements for cremation are under the direction and care of Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between St. Johnsville and Little Falls, 315-508-5131.  There will be a private service at the Gerald B. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, where inurnment will take place with her husband.  Kindly consider memorial offerings in her name to an animal charity of your choosing.
