Marian Louise Yager Bouck

Fort Plain, NY- Mrs. Marian Louise Yager Bouck, age 92, a longtime Fort Plain resident, passed away peacefully on Easter morning, 2023 at the St. Johnsville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, St. Johnsville, New York.  

Marian was born on Feb. 11, 1931 in Norway, daughter of the late Morris and Lillian (Miller) Darrow and educated in local schools.  She was united in marriage with Fred Yager, Jr. who preceded her in death.  She married Paul Bouck who passed away on April 9, 2013, following 38 devoted years of marriage. 

She leaves three children, Frederick Yager and wife Jane of Caroga Lake, Mark Yager and wife Chong of Canajoharie and John Yager and wife Kathy of Fort Plain; a sister, Flora Stock of Indian Castle; nieces, nephews and cousins.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kelly O’Regan and by a son, Barry Yager; siblings and step-children.

A graveside service will take place at the convenience of the family in Fort Plain Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.  Arrangements for cremation are under the direction and care of Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between St. Johnsville and Little Falls, 315-508-5131.  Kindly consider a memorial contribution to a charity of your choice in her name.
