Utica, NY/Myrtle Beach, SC-Michael Scott Hazeltine, 51, passed away at his home in Myrtle Beach on Monday June 12, 2017. He was born in Utica, New York on May 28, 1966, son of the late Lambert Walter and Marylou Caryl Hazeltine.  If you knew Michael, you knew family meant everything to him. He had a personality bigger than life itself.  He was known for his “Mike Jokes”. Mike loved being outdoors and especially enjoyed fishing. He will be truly missed by all who had the pleasure of getting to know him.  Left to cherish Mike’s memory is his beloved wife Alesia Hazeltine; their children who he cherished dearly, Heather Manella- Gervy and her husband David of Little Falls, NY and Justin Hazeltine of Utica, New York; four grand girls; Olyvia, Gaby, Bryana Manella and Hailey Hazeltine his brothers, Steven Brian and Dennis Hazeltine all of Utica, NY; sisters, Lisa Sepeda and Stacy Leone and her husband Robbie all of Frankfort, New York as well as a large, loving, extended family and supportive friends. A celebration of Michael’s life will commence at 12:00 pm on Friday, June 23, 2017 at Daniel J. Enea Funeral and Cremation Care, 5860 State Route 5 (near St. Mary's Cemetery) between Herkimer and Little Falls (315-508-5250).  The family will receive relatives and friends from 10 am until service time at noon at Dan Enea's funeral home location.  Procession will follow to Glenside Cemetery, New York Mills where burial will take place.  I was blessed to have shared the past 32 years with you.
