Mildred Decker

Herkimer, New York-A loved resident at Foltsbrook Center for Nursing and Rehab, Herkimer, Mildred Decker, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, Nov. 8, 2022, at that facility.  

Mildred was born on Oct. 17, 1926 and was proud to have celebrated her 96th birthday.  She was born in Binghamton, NY and was a self-employed cleaner, lastly in the Utica area.  Her residence has been at the Foltsbrook Center for Nursing and Rehab, Herkimer, where she received tender love and care.  She leaves her good friends including Jacklyn Entwistle of Schuyler.  

Funeral arrangements are under the direction and care of Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (between Little Falls and St. Johnsville), 315-508-5131.  A funeral service will take place at the funeral home on Tuesday, Nov. 15th commencing at 9:30 am.  Procession will follow to Oak Hill Cemetery, Herkimer, where she will be laid to rest.  Kindly consider honoring her memory with a donation to Foltsbrook Center for Nursing and Rehab.  Envelopes may be obtained by contacting the funeral home.
