Nellamae Jane Harter

A longtime Ilion resident, Nellamae Jane Harter, age 86, passed away on Thursday evening, Oct. 31, 2024, at Wynn Hospital, Utica with the love and support of her daughters, Barbara and Terry at her side.

Nellamae was on born February 4th, 1938, daughter to the late Mr.& Mrs. E. Richard Clark of Ilion NY. She was married to John F. Harter who passed away on August 6, 2000.

She leaves behind her five children, sons, John and David Harter, daughters, Barbara Brown, Joanna Gregory and Terry Morgan, her sister, Marilyn Paragi. Nellamae also leaves thirteen grandchildren and eighteen great grandchildren, many nieces, and nephews. She will be missed deeply by all.
