Ralph E. Miller

January 17, 1942 — October 2, 2017

Town of Manheim, NY-Mr. Ralph E. Miller, age 75, of 353 Bidleman Road, Little Falls, passed away suddenly on Monday, October 2, 2017 at Little Falls Hospital, due to heart complications.  At the time of his passing, he was in the presence of his beloved family.  He was born in Herkimer on Jan. 17, 1942, son of the late Henry A. and Lucy Daley Miller and educated in Herkimer schools.  He was united in marriage with Mildred Warn on Sept. 4, 1965 in Little Falls; a blessed union of 52 years.  Ralph was last employed with Lasalle Labs.  He held employment with Remington Arms, Ilion where he retired after 30 years of dedicated services as a trigger assembler.   Ralph was foremost a family man and cherished the times spent with his loved ones.  He will be sorely missed by all who knew him Survivors include his wife Mildred at home; his children, Melissa Dolan and husband Anthony of St. Johnsville and Jacquelyn Fuller and husband Shawn of Mohawk; siblings, Donald Miller and wife Linda of Ilion, Jack Miller and wife Lisa of Herkimer, Susan Miller of FL, Beverly Gloskey of Canajoharie and Pamela Miller of Ilion; cherished grandchildren, Angelia (John Salek), Kira Miller (Matthew Lawrence), Shayne Jasewicz, Caitlyn Fuller and Aiden Fuller; adored great grandchildren, Annalyse and Lacey Salek, Arik and Annabelle Lawrence; several nieces and nephews including a special niece and nephew, Tammy Christman and Dan Warn; sister in law, Edith Walroth; many cousins and friends.  He was predeceased by his brothers, George, Richard, Harold and by a sister, Marsha. The family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to Dr. V. Sharma and the staff of Tri County Medical in Mohawk for their kindness and compassion.  Also, thank you to the caring staff of both Little Falls Hospital and St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Utica. Daniel J. Enea Funeral and Cremation Care, 5860 State Route 5 (near St. Mary's Cemetery), between Little Falls and Herkimer, 315-508-5250, has been entrusted with Ralph's funeral arrangements.  Memorial visitation at Dan Enea's funeral home location will take place on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017 from 12-2 p.m followed by Ralph's funeral service at 2 at the funeral home.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend.  Burial will be private.
