Brooklyn, NY-Rebecca Rose Johnson, age 41, passed away suddenly on December 22, 2018 in Brooklyn, NY. Rebecca Rose was born on March 5, 1977, she is the the daughter of Robert Johnson (formerly of Dolgeville) and step-mother Tammy Allen and her mother was the late Deborah Weir of Newfield, NY.  She was born in Syracuse, NY and at one time lived in Little Falls and St. Johnsville where she graduated high school in June of 1996.  Rebecca had three children, Brittani Johnson of Deposit, NY, Carvin Johnson of Newfield, NY and the late Austin Lee Wood.  She leaves two grandsons, Daniel and Brantley. Rebecca like doing her own things and she love to listen to music especially to country music.  She will be sadly missed by all of her family and friends.

Survivors also include her beloved family, her siblings, Heather Johnson (Bath, NY), Andrew Johnson (Hawaii), step-sister, Christina Allen (Newfield, NY), step- brothers, James Allen (St. Petersburg. Fl ), Timothy Allen (Ithaca, NY) and her adopted brother, Aaron Allen (Jacksonville,Fl), grandfather, Christoper Johnson (Dolgeville), she had several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews along with several cousins. She was predeceased by her son, Austin Wood (Walton), grandmother, Nadine Johnson (Dolgeville) and also grandparents, Robert and Eileen Wier. There will be no calling hours or service. Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (town of Manheim), between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131, has been entrusted with his funeral arrangements.
