Rose M. Hubiak

Mrs. Rose M. (Adamko) Hubiak, age 91, formerly of State Route 80, Van Hornesville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday evening, January 17, 2023, at Foltsbrook Center for Nursing and Rehab, Herkimer.

Rose was born on June 14, 1931 and was united in marriage with Joseph Hubiak on May 12, 1949, who preceded her in death on Feb. 6, 2012.  For many years, Mrs. Hubiak and her husband operated the JoRose Dairy Farm.  She enjoyed her duties at the farm and tending to her flowers.

Survivors include her son, Joseph M. Hubiak and wife Rose of Van Hornesville, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and a sister, Helen Urich of Herkimer.

Funeral arrangements, being planned with Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131.  In keeping with her pre-arranged wishes, services will be private.
