Rudy R. Albini, 63, of Fords Bush Road, Town of Danube, Fort Plain, passed away peacefully, at his home on Tuesday, December 29, 2020 following a lengthy illness.
He was born on May 15, 1957, in Weehawken, NJ, the son of the late Dr. Mario Albini. Raised in Weehawken, Rudy was a graduate of Delbarton School and Weehawken High School. He then went on to graduate from Fairleigh Dickinson University with BA in Culinary Arts. For many years until his health wouldn't allow, Rudy was a chef for various restaurants around Weehawken.
Later in life relocating to Fort Plain, he married Lisa Karlik on August 21, 2006.
Rudy's services will held in the future at the convenience of the family.
Rudy and his family's care have been placed in the trust of Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, at the corner of Bidleman Road, Town of Manheim, between Little Falls and St. Johnsville. (315)508-5131
