Samuel D. White

Samuel David White, age 31, of Little Falls NY, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 26, 2015, at St Elizabeth Medical Center with the love and support of his family by his side.

He was born on May 2, 1983, in Tunkhannock PA. He was the son of Philip White of PA, and Pauline (Akerley-White) Guarnieri of PA. He was educated in Mohawk and Little Falls schools and was of Protestant faith

Sam (Sammy Sosa) loved his special times with his children, music, computer technology, the universe-space, UFO mysteries, and collecting rocks.

The children will forever miss their daddy who was very loving and gentle to them. They'll miss the sound of his voice, his smile, the love and twinkle in his eyes, and his special daddy hugs. They'll miss the tickle tortures, the rumble tumble times, watching movies, camping, fishing, and his special daddy stories.

Survivors include his children who were the love of his life. They are his son Seth White and his daughter Paige White of Pennsylvania, his son Chase White of Whitesboro, NY, and his daughter Rosalee (Torres) White of Utica, NY.

His brother Jesse White and his wife Lea of Los Angeles, CA. His maternal grandmother Ruth Garrison of Little Falls, NY. He also has numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

He was proceeded in death by his sister Jessica Lynn White, his paternal grandmother RuthAnn Jendrek, his maternal grandfather Leslie Akerley, and his maternal great-grandmother Naomi Dawson; whom he loved very much.

The family would like to say a special thank you to Anne Guarnieri and Pastor Bob Burge for the special prayers and blessings give* for Sam. Lynn Myers for her generous care and support, Fran Jasewicz and Mary Feeney for always being there, and Johanna Torres, thank you!

The family would also like to thank St Mary's Medical Center and ICU head nurse Ryan for the compassion and care shown during this difficult time.
