Sandra was born and raised in Utica and was educated in the Utica public school system. Sandra’s survivors include her mother, Veronica Przybyla Dukes and William Dukes of Utica. She was predeceased by her father, James Edward Przybyla.
Surviving family also includes Anthony Graziano of Mohawk, whom was her loving and devoted partner and caretaker of 23 years; Sandra’s children; sons, Joshua Smith of Utica, Ricky Halloch of Fort Plain and James Halloch of Frankfort; her daughter, Kaitlin Przybyla of Rome; brothers, Douglas, James and Steven Przybyla all of Utica; her sister, Theresa Przybyla Sheehan of GA and all of Sandra’s many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. We will all miss your laugh and smile. You may now rest in peace. There will be no calling hours in respect of Sandra’s final wishes.
