Susan "Sue" M. (Brock) Randazzo, 62, a well known and loved Little Falls resident (North Ann Street), passed away suddenly on Saturday evening, July 10, 2021 at Bassett Healthcare, Cooperstown, following a brief battle with cancer.
Sue was born in Rochester on Feb. 2, 1959, daughter of George and Mary Ellen (Egan) Brock and educated in Rochester. She settled in Little Falls many years ago where she was employed by the Little Falls Times Newspaper for several years, until its closing.
Many will remember Sue as a smiling face in Little Falls. She loved being on the dart league and hanging out with friends at Ed and Buds and the Polish Club, enjoying her favorite shot of tequila rose. Sue had a cheerful, sweet disposition, was playful with her friends, and loved having a great time. She was a passionate and motivated friend, devoted to caring for those she cared about. Her values and expectations were important to her and she had an uplifting impact on all the people in her life, and there were so many that loved and admired her. She was a giving, welcoming woman with a positive attitude, and she never worried about the little things. For these many wonderful attributes, Sue will be sadly missed.
She was predeceased by her brother George, survived by her sister Jan Brock, a brother John (Sue Barber), three nephews, Ryan, Cory and Evan Brock, many relatives and friends in Rochester.
The family would like to thank her dear and devoted friends Michelle Burton and Mary McKeon, along with all of her close friends in Little Falls who were so very special and devoted to Sue.
Memorial visitation will take place from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, July 17, 2021 at Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5 (corner of Bidleman Road), between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131. Family and friends will offer memories and share stories following visitation for a brief time at 4 pm, which will conclude services. Burial will be private. There will be another celebration of Sue’s life on August 14, 2021 at the Little Falls Polish Club at 4 pm, to which friends are also invited along with a celebration at Ed & Bud's at a time to be announced.
