Ushakant G. Trivedi

Mr. Ushakant G. Trivedi, age 87, of Chapman Road, Town of New Hartford, while in the presence of his wife, Rekha Trivedi, passed away peacefully on the birthday of his daughter, Jan Bass of East Herkimer, at his home, while also in the presence of his son, Dr. Rajiv Trivedi (Lucy) of Rochester.

He was born on October 5, 1936 in Baroda, India.  Mr. Trivedi was predeceased by his son in law, William "Bill" Bass of East Herkimer who passed away on April 14, 2020.  Besides his wife and children, he also leaves a grandson, Jared Trivedi, granddaughter, Jackie (Miles) Ackler and grandsons, William Bass, II (Umair) and Joshua Bass.  Ushakant was a mechanical engineer in his professional life.  

Services will be private and at the convenience of his family. Arrangements for cremation are being handled under the care and direction of Daniel J. Enea-Director at Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, between Little Falls and St. Johnsville, 315-508-5131.
