Virginia (Chrystie) Scott, age 80, of Utica (Town of Schuyler), wife of the late Roy Scott, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 11th, 2022 at The Grand Nursing and Rehab, Ilion, New York.
Viginia leaves her cherished family; four children, Carl, Renee, Randy and Kevin, a daughter in law, Nancy, five grandchildren, Chad, David, Andrea, Daniel and Matthew and a Corgie Pit (Rosco). Her husband, Roy, passed away on April 20, 2019.
Every morning Mr. and Mrs. Scott enjoyed sharing breakfast together, cheerios, yogurt, apple sauce. Virginia and Roy loved to travel by train to Florida, Las Vegas and Tennessee, which they did numerous times. Most importantly, she love celebrating holidays with family and friends. Virginia and Roy liked to watch concert videos and going to live venues, theatres, bowling and going to casinos.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family. Virginia and her family's care has been entrusted to Mohawk Valley Funerals and Cremations, 7507 State Route 5, Little Falls (corner of Bidleman Road), 315-508-5131. In keeping with her wishes, there are no services.
